Job summary

Vista Senior Living Management seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Indiana. You will assess residents, administer medications, monitor health, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care in a senior living setting.

Qualifications include graduation or imminent graduation from an accredited nursing program, current LPN licensure, and at least 1 year in long-term care. Strong communication and compassionate care are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Hold a current State LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to communicate well in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and address any changes in health status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centered care.

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate resident medical records.
