West State Street in Phillipsburg, NJ seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our long-term care team. You will evaluate patients, participate in care planning, administer medications per physician orders, and supervise unlicensed staff to ensure quality care.

Applicants must graduate from an approved practical nursing program, hold an active LPN license (or be in process), and maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required. This position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
