West State Street is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our caring team in Montgomery County, PA area. Under RN supervision, you will deliver efficient nursing care and support positive patient outcomes across long-term care settings.

You will evaluate residents, assist with care plans, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff. A valid LPN license in Pennsylvania and CPR/BLS certification are required, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
