Job summary

Genesis in Tuscon/Alabama area (Tuscumbia) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide efficient nursing care under the direction of an RN. You will evaluate residents, contribute to assessments and care planning, administer medications per orders, and supervise unlicensed staff to ensure quality care.

The role requires graduation from an approved LPN program and current or pending state licensure, plus BLS/CPR as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Qualifications
