Job summary

The Pines at Philadelphia Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on nursing care to residents across day, evening, and night shifts. You will support clinical and leadership needs, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

Applicants must hold a PA LPN license, graduate from an accredited LPN program, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and pass TB screening and health

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions.
• Assist physicians during rounds and exams.
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.
