The role provides hands-on nursing care and supports the clinical leadership of the unit, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds a PA LPN license, works well independently and with others, and demonstrates strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
• Must pass TB screening and required health checks.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions.
• Assist physicians during rounds and exams.
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.

Schedule Options:

• 7am to 3pm - Per Diem and Weekends
• 3pm to 11pm - Full time, Part time, Per Diem, and Weekends
• 11pm to 7am - Per Diem and Weekends
