The Pines at Philadelphia Rehab and Healthcare Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver hands-on nursing care to residents and support unit leadership. You will collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure compassionate, high-quality care across day, evening, and night shifts.

We offer full-time, part-time, and per-diem schedules with competitive pay of $30–$33 per hour, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions.
• Assist physicians during rounds and exams.
