Job summary

Village of Lebanon is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in our long-term care setting.

You will implement care plans, administer medications, and assist with daily resident needs, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of everyone in our care. This role requires teamwork, accuracy, and strict adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN license (in Kentucky)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach is required
