Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license.
• TB skin test (PPD) or TB blood test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in the patient home.
• Collaborate with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver care.
• Build meaningful patient relationships with clear, confident care.
• Maintain safety and compliance with CDC guidelines and PPE.
