Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide in-home nursing care. You will assess patients, administer medications, and coordinate with families and clinicians to achieve positive outcomes.

Applicants must hold an active LPN/LVN license, have CPR certification, and be able to transfer compact licenses within 90 days. Flexible full-time opportunities with day, evening, and weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification with hands-on component.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation for home visits.
