Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Florida is seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate home care to children and adults in patients' homes. You will join a national leader with a culture that values diversity, connection, and excellent clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
• Compact licenses must transfer to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) required.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate homecare to patients in their homes.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Document care using the tablet in patients' homes.
