Job summary

Pass Christian Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team for full-time and PRN shifts. You will help care for residents, support CNAs, and ensure accurate documentation and evaluation completion.

The role requires an active LPN license in good standing and prior experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings.
