StoryPoint Parma in Parma, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full- or part-time shifts. You will lead, manage, and train a dedicated team of caregivers, and evaluate residents, reporting changes to physicians using EHR and EMAR.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Ohio with memory care or assisted living experience and proven supervisory responsibilities. You should be punctual, compassionate, and able to build strong relationships with residents and families while collaborating
