NHS Management, LLC in Prattville, AL is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team. You will provide direct nursing care, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to uphold high standards of resident care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with ADLs, documenting care, and educating residents and families while maintaining infection control and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
