Rehabilitation services include inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy provided up to six days per week, allowing many patients to return home after an acute illness or injury. How You Will Make a Difference

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations, as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel comply with the facility's policies and procedures.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Active LPN license in your state of residence.
• Current/active CPR Certification.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
