Job summary

Lutheran Life Communities is seeking an LPN for the Pleasant View Skilled Nursing Community in Ottawa, IL to work full-time nights (7:00pm–7:00am). You will provide direct nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, and coordinate with families and on-call providers. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires.

Active Illinois LPN license required. PRN shifts are available at $34.00/hour. Full-time nights pay $30.23–$31.75 per hour with shift differential.

$30.23–$31.75/hour, plus shift differential LPN, full-time nights (7:00pm–7:00am), at Pleasant View Skilled Nursing Community in Ottawa, IL. $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires. PRN shifts also open at $34.00/hour.

You’ll care for residents at Pleasant View, a skilled nursing community in Ottawa. On nights, you’re often the most senior clinical presence on the floor, which means residents and their families are counting on you for steady, attentive care when things change fast.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents through the night, including monitoring health status and responding to changes in condition
• Complete resident assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice as an LPN
• Communicate condition changes to the on‑call provider and to residents’ families
• Keep consistent continuity of care across your assigned residents shift to shift

Pay & Compensation

Compensation varies based on employment status and benefit election:

• Full‑Time Nights (7:00pm–7:00am): $30.23–$31.75/hour, plus shift differential
• Full‑Time – Pay in Lieu of Benefits (PIB): $39.00/hour
• PRN (On‑call, minimum 4 shifts/month, including 1 weekend shift/month): $34.00/hour

Additional shift differentials may apply based on scheduled shift.

Sign‑On Incentive:

Full‑time LPNs are eligible for a $3,000 sign‑on bonus, subject to a 12‑month employment commitment and paid per the organization’s sign‑on incentive program guidelines.
