Job summary

Millennial Healthcare is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities conducted by CNAs. Shifts run during the 7A–3P window with additional evenings.

The LPN will plan, implement, and evaluate resident care per physician orders, perform basic diagnostics, and promptly communicate updates with physicians. CPR certification and active Florida licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed in the State of Florida as an LPN.
• CPR certification required.
• One year experience preferred.

• Implement resident care based on physician orders.
• Evaluate care and communicate with doctors for updates of orders.
• Basic diagnostics, and other patient procedures for residents.

• Respond to all emergencies.
• Supervise CNA’s as Charge Nurse
• Care based on physician orders and defined care plans
