Elara Caring is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate home health care in Summit and Portage counties, including Akron, Ravenna and nearby areas. You will work with an RN Case Manager to support patients in their homes, monitor health status, educate families, and ensure accurate documentation.

Requirements include an active Ohio LPN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience; home health or hospice experience is preferred.
