Apploi in Kingston Springs, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for 12-hour day and overnight shifts in our skilled nursing setting. This role offers pay up to $35.00/hour, paid training, and benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and uniforms.

Interview with the administrator and DON; hiring immediately. Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, resident care, and education for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee License-LPN (LPN) is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
• Willingness to work 12-hour day or overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care Unit.
• Administer medications, including IVs, and record vital signs.
• Provide resident and family education on care plans.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
