American Medical Administrators MGMT Company in Missouri is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our resident care team. The role focuses on assessments, care planning, and coordinating with physicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

You will supervise CNAs and CMTs, perform wound care, manage admissions and discharges, and respond to emergencies while upholding facility protocols. Licensure as an LPN is required; comprehensive benefits and negotiable rates are offered.

• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
