Job summary

St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care in the Bronx is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our skilled nursing facility. The selected candidate will work 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, or 11PM-7AM shifts and provide care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.

You will join a team-focused environment with a 10% shift differential for evening and overnight roles, and daily pay options to access earnings promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player capable of collaborating with CNAs and nursing staff.
• Current NY State LPN license in good standing with the registry.
• Experience administering medications and performing wound care as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Record health details, vitals, and temperature of Residents.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as required.
• May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Duties:

• Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted

• Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature

• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed

• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed

• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personalhygiene

• Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member

• Valid NY State LPN license

• Must be in good standing with State Registry
