LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Come join us at Cabrini of Westchester! We are a 304‑bed, faith‑based, nonprofit, short‑term rehabilitation and skilled geriatric care facility founded in 1974 in continuation of St. Frances Xavier Cabrini’s legacy of serving those in need through works of healing, teaching, caring and giving.

We are looking for an LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.

• $35.68 per hour plus 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts.
• Full and Part‑Time; day, evening and night shifts available.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the delivery of care to residents according to established plans of care and under the supervision of the professional registered nurse.

• Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
• Assist in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
• Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot‑checking and on‑going supervision.
• Consult with unit managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
• Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current NY LPN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Long‑term care experience preferred.
