Position Summary

The LPN provides quality care within the scope of practice as defined by state law, monitoring patients and assisting in their health needs under supervision of medical staff.

Schedule

Minimum Requirements

• Graduation from an LPN program
• Current LPN license in the state of employment
• Active CPR certification
• Knowledge of state laws governing practice
• Completion of clinical competencies

Essential Functions

• Care for wounds with proper cleaning and dressing
