Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality in-home care across Westchester County. Short to 12-hour day and overnight shifts and nursing visit opportunities are available, with a focus on patient-centered, compassionate service.

Must have 1 year of LPN experience, NYS LPN license, and current BLS. Eligible to work in the U.S. and willing to travel to patient homes is expected. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience preferred).
• Active NYS LPN license and current BLS certification.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within 1 year.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years.
• MMR immunizations within 10 years.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
