Qualifications

• Valid Delaware LPN License or Multistate License required.
• Physical within one year and TB Blood Test needed.
• Experience with G-tubes, trachs, vents preferred or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment.
• Taking direction from clinical team overseen by a registered nurse.
• Following the care plan and clinical policies.

$28.00/hr - $37.00/hr

Of course, if you need anything, your Director of Nursing is only a phone call away — we offer 24-hour, 365-day support and on-demand clinical resources.

• Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
• Following the plan of care

Requirements For Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Valid Delaware LPN License or Multistate License
• Physical within one year
• PPD or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
