Job summary

AristaCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care to residents in our Plainfield, NJ facility. Responsibilities include medication supervision, health monitoring, assessing physical and mental capacity, and developing individualized care plans. The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and excellent communication to ensure high-quality resident care.

Shifts available: full-time and per diem. Location: 40 Norwood Ave, Plainfield, NJ 07060.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in New Jersey.
• CPR Certification required.
• IV Certification preferred.
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

This position requires overall teamwork, collaboration, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The LPN is responsible for leading by example, assessing resident care needs and taking appropriate action to provide high-quality care to all residents.

Requirements:
