Charter Senior Living of Hermitage is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team.

Pay: $31.00 – $33.00 per hour

Schedule: Varies

Position Type: Fulltime

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a key member of the care team responsible for supporting the health and wellbeing of residents. This position assists residents through clinical assessments, care planning, medication and treatment management, and documentation of nursing services. The LPN helps ensure residents receive quality care while maintaining their dignity and independence.
