The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, has strong medication management skills, and excels in a team-focused, fast-paced environment dedicated to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

Position Summary

The LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities. This position is responsible for resident assessments, care planning support, medication and treatment management, clinical documentation, and ongoing communication with residents, families, physicians, and caregiving teams.
