Solaris HealthCare Imperial is hiring full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide outstanding care to residents at 900 Imperial Golf Course Blvd, Naples, FL 34110. Qualifications

• LPN licensed by the State.
• CPR Certification required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies.
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy.
