Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Parkway is hiring compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide outstanding care to residents at 800 SE Central Pkwy, Stuart, FL 34994. This full-time, hourly position supports a caring team focused on high-quality resident outcomes.

Responsibilities include admissions, transfers, medication administration, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team while adhering to infection control and center policies. AHCA background screening is required.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed by the State.
• CPR Certification required.
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies.
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy.
