Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island is hiring full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate care to residents at our Merritt Island facility.

Qualifications

• LPN license must be active in the state.
• CPR certification is required.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies.
• Collaborate with resident’s interdisciplinary team to achieve best outcomes.
• Identify and report all abnormal changes in residents’ condition.
