Job summary

Lake City Center for Nursing and Healing in Georgia is seeking LPNs and RNs to join our compassionate team delivering high-quality resident care. We offer flexible full-time, part-time and per diem positions across multiple shifts including evening, day, overnight and weekends.

Qualified candidates hold a valid Georgia LPN or RN license and are committed to excellence in clinical care, documentation, and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Georgia LPN or RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications, immunizations and injections accurately.
• Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
• Provide basic wound care, including cleaning and dressing wounds.
• Record and maintain accurate medical records in the computer system.
