Job summary

Empire Care Centers is seeking a qualified LPN for overnight shifts in Georgia. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions and a supportive team culture focused on resident care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, wound care, injections, and documenting patient histories in our secure system. Full-time, part-time and per diem roles are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Georgia LPN license.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Outgoing and team-oriented personality.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
• Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
• Provide basic wound care, including cleaning and bandaging injured areas.
• Administer injections of medication and immunizations.
• Record and maintain accurate medical histories.
• Enter pertinent information into our computer system.
