The position offers shifts from 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with a retention bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, EAP, and other coverage. Must hold LPN licensure and CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure with the State Board.
• BLS/CPR certification current as required by state practice if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care under RN supervision.
• Evaluate residents to collect data and monitor condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise unlicensed staff and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Retention Bonus of $5K for all part time LPN's
• Shifts: 7AM-3PM & 3PM-11PM
• Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
