Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care under the guidance of an RN in a long-term care setting in Pennsylvania. You will evaluate patients, contribute to assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires an approved practical nursing program graduate with LPN licensure or pending licensure, plus current BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
