Job summary

Autumnwood of McBain in Michigan is seeking an LPN to supervise CNAs and oversee resident care across shifts. You will coordinate assignments and ensure safety and quality of care for residents.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policy under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/designee. This role provides clinical supervision to nursing assistants, ensures continuity of care, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.
