Job summary

Excelsior Care Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Melbourne in Melbourne, FL. This full-time, 12-hour shift role offers up to $32 per hour with shift differentials.

The successful candidate will administer meds, provide individualized nursing care, and perform wound care, while documenting and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Florida LPN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or related setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
