Harmony House Care Center in Iowa is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a friendly, caring team. Flexible scheduling includes 8- or 12-hour shifts, full-time, part-time, and PRN options.

You will be responsible for administering medications, performing nursing care per individualized care plans, and conducting resident assessments to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Iowa LPN license.
• Prior LPN experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver nursing care per each resident's care plan.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and nursing care per residents' care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and act as a team leader.
• Advocate for residents to ensure comfort and safety.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license. Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony House Care Center by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
