Rehabilitation Center of Independence West Campus is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting residents according to individualized care plans.

As the backbone of the clinical department, you will conduct resident assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with caregivers to ensure safety and comfort. Prior LPN experience is preferred, and an unencumbered Iowa license is required.

Qualifications

• Iowa unencumbered LPN license is required.
• Prior LPN experience is preferred but not required to be a barrier.
• Candidate should be able to provide high-standard resident care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and nursing care as directed by care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and document findings.
• Act as a team leader within the clinical department.
• Advocate for residents and ensure comfort and safety.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license. Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN you are the backbone of the Clinica l Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Independence West Campus by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
