Job summary

Harmony Marshalltown is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate nursing team in Marshalltown, IA. This role covers weekend package shifts (6a-6p or 6p-6a) and supports the clinical department with medication administration and resident care per individualized care plans.

We value teamwork, patient advocacy, and continuous growth. An unencumbered Iowa LPN license is required, with prior LPN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Iowa LPN license is required.
• Prior LPN experience is preferred but training may be provided to the right candidate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for resident care.
• Ability to work in weekend shift patterns and adapt to a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medications and nursing care per individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning.
• Serve as a team leader within the Clinical Department.
