Harmony West Des Moines, operated by Legacy Healthcare LLC, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for weekend package roles. The facility offers 6a–6p and 6p–6a fulltime, parttime, and PRN opportunities to support residents with high-quality care.

Applicants should hold a current Iowa LPN license; prior LPN experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Great benefits and growth potential available.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license. Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony West Des Moines by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
