Harmony Cedar Rapids is seeking licensed practical nurses to join our friendly, caring team. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to grow within the clinical department while ensuring residents receive medications and nursing care per their care plans.

As an LPN, you will lead a shift, conduct assessments, and advocate for residents' safety and wellbeing. Eligible candidates hold an Iowa LPN license; prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Iowa LPN license.
• Prior LPN experience preferred.
• Ability to work day/evening/night shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license. Prior LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Cedar Rapids by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
