Overview

Pocahontas Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Shifts: Days and Nights (12-hour shifts)

Compensation: Up to $31 per hour

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), deliver efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Evaluate patients/residents by collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by the facility or state law.

Salary Range

USD $24.00 - USD $31.00 per hour
