SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide compassionate, in-home care for clients in Mankato and surrounding communities. You will deliver one-on-one nursing services, monitor health status, and support independence with personalized care plans.

The role requires current Minnesota LPN licensure, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Training is available for the right candidate, with a strong emphasis on communication and

• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout Mankato and surrounding communities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Home care experience preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate!

Join Our Team as a Home Care LPN!

Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients while providing one-on-one care? We are seeking dedicated LPNs to join our growing home care team serving Mankato and the surrounding area.

As a SYNERGY HomeCare LPN, you'll provide services in clients' homes, helping them maintain their independence while improving their quality of life.
