Genesis HealthCare in Ansted, WV is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to support patient care under RN supervision. You will evaluate residents, assist with planning, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending license.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
