Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, documenting care in the EMR, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with varied shift options.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with effective time-management skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.

Weekend Doubles: 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm
