River Oaks Health & Rehab in Louisville, KY is hiring compassionate LPNs for full-time or part-time day and night shifts. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for a limited time. Rate of pay ranges from $27 to $31 per hour with shift differentials. Access to Daily Pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in KY.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs according to standards of practice and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care.
• Maintain resident information confidentiality and follow policies and regulations.
• Track and review patient history, vitals, and condition.
• Coach staff as necessary.

What You’ll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in KY
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
