Position Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides quality care within the scope of practice defined by state laws. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medications, wound care, and assisting in health education, under the delegation of medical staff.

Schedule:

• Full-Time Night Shift ($2 night shift differential)
• Rotating Weekends
• Holiday Rotation

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate from an LPN program
• Licensed as an LPN in the state of employment
• Active CPR certification
• Knowledge of state laws and regulations
• Completion of clinical competencies

Essential Functions:

• Meet health needs of patients systematically
• Implement nursing care within scope and legal compliance
• Develop and implement patient teaching plans
• Perform wound care and administer medications
• Monitor vital signs and document actions
• Other duties as assigned
