Alpine Valley Post Acute is hiring an LPN to join our caring team. Earn daily pay and provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care under physician plans and individualized care plans, ensuring residents’ physical and emotional needs are met.

Your responsibilities include medication administration, accurate documentation, and collaborating with the Nurse Manager to maintain a safe environment focused on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards and the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.

• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
