Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Lansdowne, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support residents in a safe environment and promote long‑term recovery.

You will collaborate with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to establish and maintain therapeutic routines, administer medications, and ensure treatment plans are followed. We offer a competitive benefits package, PTO, a 401(k) match, and ongoing professional training.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state seeking employment
• Comfortable working independently with the population when needed
• Compliance with MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program protocols

Responsibilities

• Administer/dispense medication under direction of physician
• Ensure the treatment plan of the physician or Medical Director is being followed
• Giving and interpreting Mantoux Testing
• Complete blood draws
• Assists in training staff in medical and health and safety matters as well as assisting in properly maintaining medical equipment
• Provide training for staff development specific to health care needs i.e., CPR, First Aid, Blood Pressure
• Educates clients about methadone maintenance and detoxification as well as side effects and provides education to clients on lab results and all medical matters
• Educates pregnant patients about prenatal care and assists primary counselor in coordinating outside services as needed
• Other duties as needed
• 18 days PTO (Paid Time Off)
